Licence Scheme

The MERINOMARK™ Licence Scheme is a trademark licensing scheme providing third party endorsement of licensees' products under MERINOMARK™ specifications.

Specification Categories include:

- Fibre Content
- Worsted Apparel Yarn
- Garment Performance
- Blankets and Throws
- Wool Detergent

Applicants are required to complete an application form and provide bona fide test results specific to the products for which they intend to apply the Merinomark Pty Ltd registered trade marks.

Upon application approval, a Licence Agreement is offered to the applicant for their consideration and signing. A nominal licence fee applies paid annually.

Two registered trademarks are available for usage by successful applicants and these are the MERINOMARK™ symbol and the word MERINOMARK™.

Should Australian Merino growers wish to become associated with the MERINOMARK™ Licence Scheme they are welcome to apply for a Certificate of Associate Membership. This would enable them to be part of a network of other growers and processors linked to the activities of Merinomark Pty Ltd.

Merinomark Pty Ltd also welcomes interest from global manufacturers with the view to their becoming MERINOMARK™ licensees.
